Terms & Conditions – Show Jumping

Covid

We are operating under strict covid guidelines.  Please bring your own mask for course walking and ensure that you are socially distanced throughout the event in your own bubbles.

On arrival

Please stop in front of our cabin and wait for our member of staff to induct you on site.  You will be required to show your horse passports (please have them open on the right page) and sign our disclaimer (please bring your own pen).

Parking

Please adhere to our parking guidelines, they might not be of your choosing, but in order to fit everyone in safely, please follow our steward’s guidance.

Limbering Up

We have a grassy field where you can limber up prior to entering the working in area.  The car park steward will advise you where this is.

Working In

We are sticking to a strict guideline of the next 5 horses to go in the working in area.  Please help us to achieve this by arriving at your allotted working in time and respecting the working in steward’s instructions.

Practice Jumps

We have provided a jump builder to build fences for you.  Please let them know your requirements when you enter the arena.  We are afraid that following BS guidelines, no helpers/trainers or friends are allowed in the working in arena.

Prize Money

Please note we are issuing rosettes on the day. A prize form will need to be filled out on the day, these can be collected from the office. Prize money will be transferred via BACs following the competition. Please allow at least 1 week for the payment to be processed.

Guided visits round the new facility

We will be offering guided visits round the new facility – please check the scoreboard (next to the portacabin) for timings.

Refreshments

There will be a caterer on site offering a range of hot/cold refreshments, hot and cold drinks and lunches.  We are selling ice creams and chocolate at the portacabin.

Toilets 

Where possible, please use the facilities in your lorry.  If you would like to use our toilet, please sanitise your hands before and after.  Our portaloo is in the top side of the bottom car park.  Please let us know if any supplies are low.

We are happy to help you with any questions whilst on site, please ask a member of staff in the office.
